Open a support ticket

1. Log in to the game panel and open the server you need help with.
2. Press Tickets in the left menu (also pinned as Support Tickets), then the + button.
3. Give it a title, pick a category, describe the problem and press Create. We reply on the same ticket.

Real person, no bots. Tickets are answered by whoever runs KrillCloud, usually within a few hours and always within 24 hours.
