Acceptable use policy

Last updated: November 2026. This policy is part of the terms of service. It keeps KrillCloud safe and fast for everyone. If you are not sure whether something is allowed, ask support@krillcloud.com first.

You must not use a server for

Fair use of resources

Your plan's RAM, CPU, disk and bandwidth are shared hardware. Do not run things that constantly use far more than your plan is meant to (for example runaway loops, heavy world generation around the clock, or very large file hosting). If your server affects other customers, we will ask you to fix it, and may limit or stop it until you do.

What we do if the rules are broken

We may suspend a server straight away, without notice, where that is needed to protect other customers, our network or the law (for example during an attack). Otherwise we will normally email you first and give you a reasonable time to fix the problem. Serious or repeated breaches can lead to termination and deletion without refund, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities and co-operate with their requests.

Reporting abuse

To report a server that breaks these rules, email support@krillcloud.com with the address and what happened.
